ClEANINg PROCEDURES

EXTERIOR ClEANINg

1. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the exterior
panels of the Wine Dispenser (Fig. 1). AVOID
using abrasive cleaner, abrasive sponge or
cleaning pad because this may scratch and
damage the exterior panels of wine dispenser.
2. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the control
panel and all the buttons (Fig. 2). Liquids
should never be poured or sprayed near the
buttons.

3. Use a household glass cleaner to clean the
glass door (Fig. 3).
4. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the chilling
chamber and rear panel (Fig. 3).
5. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the drip
tray (Fig. 4).
6. The appliance must not be cleaned by water
jet.

ClEANINg ThE TUBE SYSTEm

1. Rinsing the locking piston is recommended
between each bottle of wine, especially when
changing from one type of wine to another.
This prevents cross contamination of wine
flavour between different types of wine.
2. Rinse two empty wine bottles with clean
warm water.
3. Fill the bottles with clean warm water (DO
NOT USE soap water because the flavors of
fine wine will be affected by soap).
4. Insert the locking pistons (17) into the bottles
(7G, 8H) (see: 'Installing/Replacing Wine
Bottles').
5. Insert the two locking pistons with water filled
bottles into the wine dispenser (9I, 10J, 11K,
12L).
6. Prepare a container to hold the water.
7. Turn on the wine dispenser.
8. Press down the wine dispensing lever (9). The
warm water will run through and clean the
tubes inside the wine dispenser.
9. Stop the dispensing process when the bottles
are empty and all the water has poured out of
the wine dispenser.

REmOVINg AERATOR AND VAlVE

1. Turn the aerator (11) clockwise (Fig. 5) and
remove it from the dispensing head (2) by
pulling it down (Fig 6).
2. Pull out the check valve (12) (Fig. 6).

ClEANINg OF COmPONENTS

1. Rinse the locking piston assemblys (17),
aerator (11), mesh filter (13), check valve (12),
and screw top adaptor (18) with warm water.
2. Let all parts air dry before re-installing them.
