- When the gate is completely closed, position the front
bracket [9] in proximity to the attachment of the piston,
respecting the measurements [E] and [L]. Check that front
[9] and rear [8] brackets are perfectly level and secure the
front bracket [9] to the gate.
Note: fix the brackets of the pistons LUXO3BH as indicated
in fig 5.

- Mount the piston on rear [8] and front [9] brackets, tightly
screwing down the self-locking nut and lubricate the turning
points.

- Fit and secure the drive screw cover [13] on the drive screw
[14] by means of the screws provided [G].
Note: ensure that the drive screw [14] is properly inserted
onto the screw cover head [13] .
- Move the gate by hand and check for smooth and free
movement throughout.

- Fix the automation LUXO3BH to the brackets as indicated
in fig. 5.
Note: pay special attention to the correct assembly of the
washer on the head bracket, as indicated in the figure.
- If necessary, shorten the tail bracket to an appropriate
length to allow the correct rotation of the automation.
4. REVERSIBLE AND IRREVERSIBLE PISTON
With the pin [M] inserted, the piston is reversible.

Removing the pin [M], the piston becomes irreversible, and the re-
lease can only be made with the key (see operating instructions).
Note: if, after removing the pin, you want to reinsert it [M], the
operation must be carried out with the piston moving.

Note: the piston LUXO3R is only in the reversible version. The
piston LUXO3BH is only in the irreversible version.
