INSTALLATION
Hydraulic Connections–
Thin Forks
• Connect hoses from the truck auxiliary control valve to
the flow divider inlet port P. A second hose connects to
the port R for the return oil back to the auxiliary control
valve.
• The flow divider is connected to the telescopic forks
using four hoses. Connect A and R to the Right fork,
connect B and R to the Left fork.
NOTE: Both forks are identical, they can be mounted on
either the right or left side of the carriage.
• Oil flow in excess of 8 gpm (30 lpm) should be reduced
by a flow regulator in the lift truck.
Extend and retract the telescopic forks slowly without
a load to remove trapped air from the hydraulic system.
Make sure hoses and tubes are not kinked. Check for oil
leaks.
