11. MISE EN SERVICE
Après le montage et le raccordement hy-
draulique des capteurs, l'installation peut
être soumise aux tests de pression et
remplie. Il convient alors de prendre en
considération les données thermiques
ainsi que les particularités de l'installati-
on. C'est pourquoi le remplissage, le
montage et la maintenance de l'installa-
tion ne doivent être effectués que par de
la main-d'œuvre agréée et qualifiée.
Pour ne pas endommager l'installation,
les tests de pression doivent être effec-
tués exclusivement avec le fluide calo-
porteur utilisé ultérieurement.
Ne pas rincer et remplir les circuits
lorsque les capteurs sont chauds :
risque de brûlures par vapeurs de
fluide caloporteur !
11.1 Fluide caloporteur
Pour éviter que les capteurs et leurs rac-
cordements soient endommagés par le
gel et la corrosion, il est indispensable
d'utiliser un fluide caloporteur de haute
qualité (mélange eau - propylène glycol)
pour l'installation solaire. L'utilisation
d'un mélange recommandé (mélange
TYFOL 40/60) constitue une bonne pro-
tection antigel jusqu'à environ –24 ˚C.
11.2 Instruction pour
l'exploitant
Le responsable de la mise en exploitati-
on est tenu d'informer l'exploitant de l'in-
stal-lation sur le fonctionnement, la
manipu-lation et les périodicités d'entre-
tien de l'installation.
Les instructions de montage et d'utilisati-
on doivent être remises à l'exploitant de
l'installation.

Nach der Kollektormontage und An-
schluss der Hydraulik kann die Anlage
abgedrückt und befüllt werden. Hierzu
müssen sowohl die thermischen Gege-
benheiten als auch die Besonderheiten
der Anlage berücksichtigt werden. Des-
halb darf die Befüllung, Einrichtung und
Wartung der Anlage nur durch eine ent-
sprechend autorisierte Fachkraft erfol-
gen.
Um einer Beschädigung der Anlage vor-
zubeugen, soll nur mit dem später
verwendeten Wärmeträgermedium ab-
gedrückt werden.
Das Spülen und Befüllen darf nicht
bei aufgeheizten Kollektoren erfol-
gen, da es zu Verbrühungen durch
verdampfendes Wärmeträgermedium
kommen kann!
11.1 Wärmeträgermedium
Um Frost- und Korrosionsschäden an
Kollektoren und Anschlüssen zu vermei-
den, darf die Solaranlage nur mit einem
hochwertigen
Wärmeträgermedium
(Propylenglykol- Wasser-Gemisch) be-
füllt werden. Bei Verwendung der emp-
fohlenen
Fertigmischung
Fertigmischung 40/60) besteht ein aus-
reichender Frostschutz bis ca. –24 °C.
11.2 Unterweisung des
Betreibers
Der Inbetriebnehmer hat den Anlagen-
betreiber über die Funktion, Handha-
bung
sowie
den
entsprechenden
Wartungsintervallen der Anlage zu un-
terrichten.
Dem Anlagenbetreiber sind die Monta-
ge- und Bedienungsanleitungen zur Auf-
bewahrung auszuhändigen

11. COMMISSIONING
Following installation of the solar panels
and hydraulic connection of the panels
and piping, the system can undergo
pressure tests and be filled. When doing
so, the thermal conditions and the parti-
cular features of the installation must be
taken into account. For that reason, the
system may only be filled, commissioned
and maintained by a suitably authorised
technician.
To prevent any domage of the system,
pressure tests should only be carried
out with the keat-transportingfluid re-
sed later on.
Do not rinse or refill if the solar panels
are heated. This can cause scalding
from the steam of the heat exchanger!
11.1 Heat transport fluid
In order to prevent frost and corrosion
damage to the solar panels and connec-
tions, the system may only be filled with
a high-quality heat-transporting fluid
(mixture of propylene glycol and water).
If the recommended ready-mixed fluid is
(TYFO
L
used (TYFOL 40/60) the system will be
adequately protected at tempera-tures
down to approx. –24 ˚C.
11.2 Instruction the
operator
The installer must instruct the system
operator in the function, operation and
required servicing intervals of the sy-
stem.
The system operator must be given the
Instructions for Installation and Use for
safekeeping.
