Warning: secure the child sea with the safety belts even when there is
no child in it, to prevent the child seat to moving around in the vehicle
while driving.
How to remove the child seat
For the versions equipped with isofix attachment points
Release the attachment points (N) by pressing the red button (Fig. 14).
Place the attachment points (N) underneath the product's seat (G).
Groups 3 (from 22 to 36 kg) without backrest
Remove the safety harness (E) and the backrest (D) before using it
for group 3 without the backrest.
Warning: use the child seat with the backrest for groups 1 and 2.
Warning: the child seat fitted with the backrest ensures greater safety
levels. We recommend using the child seat with the backrest also
for group 3.
Warning: use the child seat without the backrest only with the spacer
(O) fully closed. The seat should be fully supported on the backrest
of the vehicle's seat.
How to remove the car seat harness
Release both harness straps (E) from the metal yolk (O) and unthread
them from the backrest (Fig. 22).
Unthread the padding fixture plates (R) from the backrest (D) (Fig. 23).
Turn the child seat over and completely unthread the straps (E) (Fig.
24).
Pass the metal clip (K) of the buckle through the hole in the seat and
unthread the buckle (G) from the child (Fig. 25).
How to remove the child seat's backrest
Push the backrest (D) backwards until it is completely flat (Fig. 29).
Separate the backrest (D) from the seat (G).
How to close the additional harness guide
Press the adjuster (J) and simultaneously pull the T-shaped metal yolk
(P) located at the back of the backrest (fig. 30).
Insert the additional safety harness (S) into the T-shaped metal yolk
(P) (fig. 31).
How to position the child in the seat
Position the child seat on the seat of the vehicle so that it is fully
supported on the seat and backrest.
Warning: the child seat should be fully supported on the backrest of the
vehicle's seat. It is not possible to use the spacer that allows to recline
the child seat. Make sure the spacer is completely closed before fitting
the child seat in the car.
For the versions equipped with isofix attachment points
Fix the isofix attachment points as shown in the section How to use
the isofix attachment points.
Warning: The car seat belt routing positions are marked in red. Do
not route the car seat belt in positions other than those indicated.
Sit the child in the child seat.
Position the diagonal section of the car seat belt over the child's chest
and pass it under the seat armrest (F).
Pass the lap section of the car seat belt under the two armrests of the
seat (F) (Fig. 32).
Insert the diagonal section of the car seat belt in the additional safety
harness (S) (Fig. 33).
Adjust the height of the additional safety harness (S) by pulling the belt
