Never remove any covers or parts. This could
expose live parts. Connection points can also
be live. There is a risk of electric shocks and
injuries if this is not done properly.

Do not damage or pinch any cables when you
perform any maintenance, cleaning or adjust-
ment work on your electric bike or transport it.
•
You must not use your electric bike anymore
if safe operation is no longer possible. This
will be the case if live parts or the recharge-
able battery are damaged or if you discover
any cracks in the frame or components. The
electric bike must be placed out of operation
and made secure until it is examined by an
electric bike dealer.

You must take particular care if there are any
children in the vicinity. Do not allow children
to insert any objects through openings in the
vehicle, for example. They could suffer a po-
tentially lethal electric shock.
