OPERATING MANUAL
The FLAME SENSOR of your CLOU PELLET is
not connected proper or defect.
If the wires of the FLAME SENSOR are connected
bad or hurt this ERROR CODE will be displayed.
Check if the QUICK CONNECTOR of this sensor
is put together proper with the Connector from
the MAIN BOARD. If the connection is okay and
you still have this ERROR replace the SENSOR.
Your stove does have a SAFETY TEMPERATURE LIMITER. If the
temperature on the AUGER SHAFT or inside the FUEL TANK does
get too hot, this LIMITER does shut off the POWER SUPPLY.
If this ERROR gets displayed mainly the AUGER SHAFT is stuffed with dust.
Let the stove cool down. Clean the Auger shaft. Reset the SAFETY
TEMPERATURE LIMITER. The RESET has to be done on the back side of
the stove. The Reset KNOB does have a black plastic cover. Take off this
cover by turning it counter clockwise. You will see a green pin. Push the
green pin. The RESET is done. Your stove can be started again.
Your CLOU PELLET is equipped with a ROOM THERMOSTAT
CABLE. This Cable is not connected proper or defect.
The ROOM THERMOSTAT CABLE is visible on the back side of your
stove. Above the POWER KNOB it is led outside for 20 cm. This ca-
ble is defect or not connected proper. IMPORTANT: The stove does
not work without ROOM THERMOSTAT. If your stove is hooked to an
EXTERNAL THERMOSTAT and this part is defect this ERROR CODE
will not be displayed. But i twill be impossible to start the stove.
