Electrical installation
Electrical installation work must only be
performed by a qualified electrician. This work
must be carried out in accordance with the
regulations according to IEC 364-7-701-1984
(corresponding to VDE 0100 Part 701) as well as
all national and local regulations.
• Only round cables with max. outside diameter 6 to 8.5mm
may be used.
• The voltage supply must be separately switchable.
1. Connect both pipes (H) and (I) to an earth cable, see
Fig. [12].
2. Insert 230V connecting cable (L) into the transformer
base (K) and insulate, see Fig. [13].
3. Pull sleeve (M1) over the two current-carrying wires (L1).
4. Attach lustre terminal (M); observe assignment, see Fig. [14].
5. Secure all three wires with the cable tie (M2), just in front of
the lustre terminal (M).
6. Route cable (L2) in an arc and position lustre terminal (M)
on locators in transformer base (K), see Fig. [15].
7. Secure cable (L) using screws (O) and strain relief (N).
8. Fasten cover (P) in base (N) using screw (Q).
Further installation
Note for installer:
• Fit structural shell protection (B) and fasten with
screws (B1), see Fig. [16].
• Do not carry out any further installation procedures until the
tiling is completed.
Note for tiler:
• Take account of max. 2mm grouting joint to structural shell
protection, see Fig. [17].
• Remove screws (B1) and cut structural shell protection tile-
flush, see Fig. [18].
• Close opening with tile frame.
