25. Fault rectification

If a problem occurs when the CRR 320 is actively con-
nected to the software, both the software and the
CRR 320 must be re-started.
Possible faults:

Low battery charge
R
Cable connection between CRR 320 and PC discon-
nected without previously deactivating the link in the
software.
Link established with wrench
Link not established with wrench
In the event of problems with the link:
1. Check whether the CRR 320 is switched on.
2. Check whether the cable is properly connected.
3. Check whether the wrench is in Track, Peak or Pre-
set mode.
4. In the case of a USB connection, check whether a
corresponding driver has been installed in the PC.
