19. Establishment of link with
CRR 320

The CRR 320 can only be set to communication
mode if no menu is being displayed and the device
is not in work schedule mode.It should therefore be
ensured that the wrench is in Track, Peak or Preset
mode.If an attempt is made to establish a link and
the wrench is not in one of these modes, the key
lock box will be displayed. The tick must then be
removed from this box to deactivate the key lock and
permit switching of the wrench to a mode in which
communication mode is permitted.

Cable connection

1. Connect the CRR 320 with a serial cable (RS 232)
to the PC. If applicable, use a USB adapter cable for
connection to a USB port.

2. Click onto the button.

In the event of problems with the link:
1. Check whether the CRR 320 is switched on.
2. Check whether the cable is properly connected.
3. Check whether the wrench is in Track, Peak or Pre-
set mode.
4. In the case of a USB connection, check whether a
corresponding driver has been installed in the PC.
