Product overview

The Microchip Pet Feeder Connect system consists of three main components:
Microchip Pet Feeder Connect
The Hub is connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable and monitors the activity of your
Microchip Pet Feeder Connect. It communicates with both the Feeder and the Sure Petcare app
allowing you to see updates on the Sure Petcare app even when you're away from home!
You are also able to set a portion weight in the app. Once set, the Feeder will guide you as food
is added to ensure your pet is getting the correct portion. For more information, see page 14.
Sensors: Four small dots on
the inside of the hoop are
used to detect your pet.
Mat: Designed to collect
food mess, making the
Feeder easier to clean.
