Engine control settings (SETTING function)
TIP
When the setting data has been sent, the
message "SEND COMPLETED" will be dis-
played in the screen. Confirm that the mes-
sage is displayed, and then perform the
following step.
7. Push the set button.
The SEND screen will be displayed
again.
Downloading setting data from the
ECU
By downloading the adjustment values cur-
rently set in an ECU, the values can be
checked and the downloaded setting data can
be edited.
1. Turn off the unit, and then connect it to
the wire harness of the vehicle. (See
"Connecting the Power Tuner to a vehi-
cle (ECU)" on page 6.)
2. Turn on the unit. (See "Turning the Pow-
er Tuner on or off" on page 6.)
TIP
Do not start the engine while the unit is turned
on. Otherwise, the unit may turn off or a low
voltage error during communication may oc-
cur.
3. Display the EDIT screen. (See "Select-
ing the setting data to edit" on page 8.)
4. Select the [LOAD] tab using the "
/ / " button, and then push the
set button.

The setting data download confirmation
screen will be displayed and the indica-
tor light will become red.

TIP
If you do not want to download the setting da-
ta, select [CANCEL], and then push the set
button. The download operation will be can-
celed, and the EDIT screen will be displayed
again.
