Turning the Power Tuner on or
off
To turn the unit on or off, push and hold the
power button for approximately 2 seconds.

The indicator light comes on when the pow-

er is turned on and goes off when the power
is turned off.
If the power is turned on and there is no op-
G
eration or communication for 10 minutes,
the unit will automatically turn off.
Connecting the Power Tuner to
a vehicle (ECU)

vice manual for the vehicle.
Stop the engine before connecting or dis-

connecting the Power Tuner.

To connect the Power Tuner

1. Turn off the unit. (See "Turning the Pow-
er Tuner on or off" on page 6.)
2. Remove the coupler cap from the com-
munication coupler.

3. Remove the coupler cap from the wire
harness coupler on the vehicle where
the Power Tuner will be connected.
4. Connect the communication coupler to
the wire harness coupler.
