Troubleshooting schedule

If you cannot find a solution to your problems in this
operator´s manual, speak to your Husqvarna service
agent.

Transportation and storage

• Keep the product in a locked area to prevent access
for children or persons that are not approved.
• Keep the product in a dry and frost free area.
• Remove the drill bit before transportation or storage
of the product. This is to prevent damage to the
product and the drill bits.
• Safety the product during transportation to prevent
damage and accidents.

Possible cause
Drill bit is worn out.
Drill bit is clogged with particles.
Diamond drill bit is rounded.
Drill motor cuts a rebar.
Stone or steel bar is caught be-
tween core and drill bit.
Bottom plate moves during the oper-
ation.
Clamp has too much free play.
The outer diameter of the bit is the
same as of the tube.
Clamp has too much free play.
Drill bit, tube, or bottom plate are
loose.
Drill bit is damaged.
Particles do not release correctly.
Transportation and storage
Solution
Replace drill bit.
Clean the drill bit with a wire brush
and increase water pressure.
Use a softer bond drill bit. Increase
the force on feed lever.
Easily move the feed lever to not re-
lease the residual-current device.
Rotate the drill bit clockwise with a
wrench to release it while you pull
out the feed lever. If you rotate it
counterclockwise, it can loosen the
drill bit from the tube.
Reset the bottom plate and tighten
safely.
Adjust clearance of clamp correctly.
Replace the drill bit.
Adjust clearance of clamp correctly.
Tighten safely.
Replace the drill bit.
Increase water pressure and vol-
ume.
