1. Set the ON / OFF switch on the control unit (7) to the <0> position to
switch off the unit
2. I nsert a sufficiently charged, compatible battery into the battery slot as
described in section 7.1.
3. The charging status of the inserted battery is displayed in the upper right
corner of the display.
4. The following charge states result:
4 bars 75 - 100%
3 bars 50 - 75%
2 bars 25 - 50%
1 bar 10 - 25%
No bar 10% or less
9. Transporting, storing the device
WARNING
Danger of fire caused by hot parts of the equipment. Allow the device to
cool down completely.
•
Switch off the device (See „Switching the device on, off).
•
Allow the device to cool down completely.
•
Unplug the power supply cable from the device.
• If necessary clean the device (See „Cleaning the device").
•
Lay the device and all disassembled elements into the original article
packaging box and transport of store as specified in the technical specifi-
cations. See technical specifications.

Problem
The device is
switched on, but
does not show
any function.
LED lamps or
display does
not shine

Possible cause
Mains cable not plugged
in or not plugged in cor-
rectly. Battery are almost
exhausted.
The device is switched
off.
The device has not
enough power.
The device is defective.
Remedy
Plug the mains cable in
correctly.
Charge the battery.
Switch on the device.
Increase the power of the
dimmer control.
Connect our service.
