Der Holzkohlegrill mit aktiver Belüftung FLORABEST FLG 34 B1, nachfolgend als Holzkohlegrill bezeichnet, kann zum Grillen von Speisen (z. B. Fleisch, Fisch, Gemüse, Würstchen, Geflügel usw.) eingesetzt werden. Er lässt sich auf oder neben dem Esstisch aufstellen.

    FLORABEST FLG 34 B1 8.2 Inbetriebnahme Bei der allerersten Inbetriebnahme lassen Sie den Grill 30 Minuten durchglühen, bevor Sie damit Speisen zubereiten. Beim ersten Aufheizen kann es zu leichter Rauchentwicklung kommen. Daher sollten Sie das Gerät vor dem ersten Zubereiten von Grillspeisen 10 bis 15 Minuten aufheizen.

    FLORABEST FLG 34 B1  Legen Sie das Grillgut erst auf den Edelstahlrost (1), wenn die Holzkohle mit einer Ascheschicht bedeckt ist.  Sollte es während des Durchglühens der Kohle zu unerwünschter Flammenbildung kommen, verringern Sie die Luftzufuhr über den Drehregler (9). Dazu drehen Sie ihn gegen den Uhrzeigersinn.
