Prepare milk froth for caffe latte /

1. Put intake hose
:

holding a sufficient
quantity of milk.

under coffee spout.
Adjust height
according to the
height of the cup.
The milk froth quality

depends, among other
factors, on the type of
milk, fat content and
temperature. The qual-
ity of the milk froth can
be adjusted with setting

the coffee machine
to change to the
steam function and
wait for the heating
phase.
STOP!

When the desired quan-
tity of milk froth has
been prepared, turn
lever on coffee machine
downwards to "O".
Process is stopped.
If the Cappuccinatore
drips, turn the lever to
the "Hot Water" position
after the milk is frothed.
