• Do not carry the urn while water inside.

• Open the lid and pour in water. Make sure the water is below the "FULL" water level indicator.
• Connect the plug to the power outlet.
• Press the "ON/OFF" button, the system acquiesce in 100°C. Automatic detection boil point is
available.

perature. Press the " " means lower temperature. Pressing the buttons button each times means

until back to the selection temperature. Then keep warm again.
• The appliance keeps the selection temperature unless unplug the power cord. Switch off the ma-

• The time taken to reach the boiling temperature will depend on the volume of water in the appli-

From 5.2L-10L Water Boiler has a preventive boil dry function, when the appliance burns out, this
function will be activated automatically. First the boil-dry thermostat will cut out while the element
over heat. At that time, please fill some water inside or wait until the element cool down, then turn
on the switch again. In case of burn out, please always make sure there's at least 3L water inside.
15-30 L
From 15L-30L water boiler has a preventive boil dry function, when the appliance burns out, the boil
dry protection thermostat will stop working until the element cool down then press the reset button
which at the bottom of the machine. Please notice that, the water boiler from 15L-30L are non-self-
resetting with trip-free mechanism.
• Always rinse the water boiler with hot before use.
• Be sure to unplug the unit, pour out any remaining water, and cool off before cleaning.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water.
• Add small quantity of hot water, brush sides, and rinse with hot water until it runs clean.
• Remove the lid before cleaning.
• Use a soft cloth to wipe the water boiler body. Do not use abrasive materials to avoid scratching.
• This unit must not be cleaned by water jet.
