2) Press and hold down the „LIGHT / CHANNEL /
SNOOZE (Zz) / SEARCH" button 5 on the main
unit, until the temperature and humidity display
starts flashing. The main unit will now search for
remote sensors. As soon as a sensor has been
found, a beep is emitted.
3) Press the „Tx" button 8 on the back of the remo-
te sensor, in order to transmit the radio signal.
4) When the remote connection is set up, tempe-
rature (E) and humidity (F) are displayed for the
selected channel on the main unit.
Note:
• The individual remote sensors and indoor values
can be individually selected with the „LIGHT /
CHANNEL / SNOOZE (Zz) / SEARCH" button 5
with the backlighting switched on.

In order to obtain the most accurate possible weather
forecast, you must enter the current weather situation
as the basic setting during first commissioning. This
must be entered again if the power supply is interrup-
ted or after replacing the batteries.
1) As soon as the main unit is in operation, set the
current weather situation at your current location
as the basic setting with the „+" 1 and „-" 2
buttons.
2) Confirm the entries and exit the mode by pressing
the „MODE / SET" button 6 repeatedly.
After extended operation the weather forecast can be
adapted, if necessary.
1) Hold the „MODE / SET" button 6 pressed down, in
order to access setting mode.
2) Now press the „MODE / SET" button 6 repeatedly,
until the weather icon starts flashing.
3) Now set the weather situation as the basic setting
again, with the „+" 1 and „-" 2 buttons.
4) Exit the settings again by pressing „MODE / SET"
6 again.
Note:
• The weather forecast reacts differently to geographi-
cal locations, for example coastal regions or mainland.
If the weather forecast is incorrect for a prolonged
period of time, you must repeat the fine adjustment
described above. This process will considerably
improve the accuracy of the forecasts.

• The „- / AUTO" button 2 is used to switch the
automatic switching between the display of indoor
and outdoor values on or off. The „AUTO" icon
appears in the display, to the left of the channel
display (I).
• While searching for remote sensors automatic
switching of the channels is temporarily deacti-
vated. As soon as the search run is finished, this
function operates normally again.
WEATHER FORECAST
The device predicts weather conditions for the next 12
– 24 hours, based on changes in the atmospheric pres-
sure. The coverage area is approx. 30 – 50 km, and the
forecasts are 70 – 75 % correct. As weather conditions
cannot be predicted with 100 percent correctness, we
cannot accept any responsibility for losses caused by
incorrect weather forecasts.

value in the basic setting at „0"
• If the time zone (from -12 to +12) is selected incor-
rectly, the time is adjusted via the radio clock signal.
• When the radio signal has been successfully received,
the radio symbol (B) illuminates at full strength in
the display.
• The daily synchronisation of the radio clock takes
place between 02.03 and 03.03 hours.
• The synchronisation process takes 2.5 to 10 minutes
• While the device is searching for a radio signal, the
motion sensor and the automatic switching
function are temporarily deactivated. However, once
the search run is complete, these functions
operate normally again.
INDOOR / OUTDOOR TEMPERATURE
The display for the indoor or outdoor values can be
switched with the „LIGHT / CHANNEL / SNOOZE (Zz)
/ SEARCH" button 5. The respective icon (I) or the
channel number (I) appears in the display. If several
remote sensors are logged on to the weather station,
their values can be called with „LIGHT / CHANNEL /

HEAT INDEX AND DEW POINT
The heat index combines the effects of heat and
humidity. It relates to the perceived temperature, which
consists of the combination of heat and humidity.
The dew point is the saturation point of the air, or the
temperature to which the air must be cooled, in order
to reach condensation.
Depending on the display of indoor or outdoor values
in the display, keep pressing „MODE / SET" 6 until
the respective dew point and heat index values are
displayed.
MAXIMUM AND MINIMUM VALUES
By repeatedly pressing the „MEMORY" button 4 the
maximum, minimum and current values for tempe-
rature, humidity, heat index or dew point can be dis-
played. In order to delete the memory, hold „MEMO-
RY" 4 pressed down, while the values to be deleted
are shown in the display.
ALARM
Press the „ALARM" button 3, in order to display the
