Fault search

The status LED is not illuminated.
The EM Meter is not supplied with power.
f Ensure that at least live conductor L1 and neutral conductor N
f
are connected to the EM Meter.
The status LED is illuminated or flashing red.
There is a fault.
f Restart the EM Meter (see section "Restarting the EM Meter").
f
f Please contact your service technician or installer.
f
The network LED does not illuminate or the EM Meter cannot be
found on the network.
The network cable is not correctly connected to the network con-
nection.
f Ensure that the network cable is correctly connected to the net-
f
work connection.
The EM Meter is not on the same local network.
f Connect the EM Meter to the same router/switch. f
The serial bus LED illuminates red or flashes orange
f Check the user interface for error messages during communica-
f
tion with the remote terminal.
If necessary, check the wiring to the remote terminal.
The EM Meter provides unrealistic readings.
The EM Meter was not connected correctly.
f Check the connection from L1 to L3 and N again. f
The user interface cannot be accessed via the host name or via
Windows "Devices and Printers".
f Contact the network administrator.
