Possible faults

Before each fault elimination:
− Stop and switch off the tractor. Pull off the ignition switch.
−
Wait unitl the saw comes to a stop.
− Disengage the PTO shaft from the machine.
After each fault clearance, put into operation and recheck all security installations.

Machine fails to start after switching on • PTO shaft not correctly engaged or defective
Jigging does not work
Machine stops while cutting
Burned spots at the cut areas
Saw vibrates
Recuperating mechanism of the jigging
device does not work

Guarantee

Please observe the enclosed terms of guarantee.
Possible cause
• Transport safety device (3) is not released
• Saw blade blunt
• Feed is too great
• Saw blade blunt
• Saw blade is warped
• Saw blade not properly mounted
• Recuperating spring broken or worn out
Remedy
• Check the PTO shaft.
• Release the transport safety device (3).
• Replace saw blade or have it sharpend
• Allow motor to cool and proceed working with less
pressure
• Replace saw blade or have it sharpend
• Replace saw blade
• Mount saw blade properly
• Replace the recuperating spring
