To measure the radiated liquid,
measurements are done directly above
the open water surface.
After the procedure is done,
measurements are saved in device
memory. Press SAVE button to save
radiation background measurement.
Press RESET to reset radiation
background measurements. Therewith,
occurs reset of coefficient calibration
and device starts measuring the
radiation background from
beginning.
SEARCH mode
In search mode, device measures the radiation background every second
continuously in order to find a source of radiation.
In search mode the device display contains following information (pic. 15):
1. Current measurement radiation background.
2. Measurement units.
3. Information about radiation background comparison with previous
measurements. The background can stay the same, increase,
decrease.
4. Time schedule of radiation background measurement during 120
seconds.

In this mode accumulated radiation dose is displayed which was registered by
the device during the overall measurement time.
In DOSE mode the device display contains following information (pic. 16):
1. The indication of accumulated dose
2. The overall measurement time
3. The number of switching on/off times during the overall measurement
time
4. The highest possible radiation Background level during all
measurement time.
Information about accumulated dose, time of dose accumulation, highest
radiation background level and the number of switching on/off times can be
saved when pressing SAVE button or can be reseted when pressing RESET.

In SAVED mode it displays
