After entering the MEASURING mode, starts the process of measuring itself, its
first round lasts 30 seconds (pic. 7).
After 30 seconds displays initial but not final information about radiation
background condition (pic. 8).
Afterwards during the measuring process the percentage value of calibration
increases. Reaching 100 % calibration means that dosimeter precision is at its
highest point (pic. 9).
Three options of radiation background are presented below.

1) 0,16 µSv/h– normal radiation background that is harmless for a
human (pic. 10).
2) Increased radiation background. The duration of stay in area with such
radiation shouldn't exceed 30 minutes (pic. 11).
3) Dangerous radiation background. It's necessary to leave this area
immediately (pic. 12).

In MEASURING mode the device display c ontains following information (pic.
13):
1. Current indication of radiation background
2. Measure units
3. Radiation background data
4. Indication of radiation background
5. Device calibration level
6. Indicator of current density of radioactive particles (displays when a
particle is registered in Geiger-Mueller counter tube, also sound signal
signalizes about that).
In order to measure the radiation background of food products, construction
supplies and others, perform following (pic. 14).
1. Measure the radiation background level at a distance of a FEW
METERS FROM THE MEASURED OBJECT.
2. Set the device directly near the measured object and measure
the radiation background at the possible nearest distance to the
measured object.
3. Compare the results that were received at a distance and near-hand
the object.
