11. Maintenance and Attendance
Please consider that a high-quality product like this appliance requires attendance and care. The
dispenser is maintenance-free with the exception of the battery exchange!
Please follow the recommendations of the Robert Koch-Institute (www.rki.de)
Cleaning / Disinfection dispenser:
Please only use hot water and do not use caustic purifiers or scouring powders!
Remove the wallmount (if present) and the batteries as described in section 7.
The dispenser should only be cleaned from the outside. Wipe the dispenser with a damp cloth.
To ensure continuous functionality, an empty receptacle should be replaced as soon as possible.
By no means disassemble the appliance!

Do not submerge the appliance or expose it to water jets!
•
The appliance is not autoclavable and cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher.
•
Cleaning / Disinfection pump:
• The pump itself is dishwasher-proof (60°C), however it must rest for about
6 hours after such a treatment before it is inserted again into the appliance.
• If the suction valve becomes clogged, pump hot water through it in order to
restore the function.
• For desinfection please pump an alcohol based disinfectant through the system.
