Functions
Press the mode button (1) until you come to
the desired mode (see section 4. Settings).
DELAY Self-timer
LONG Timer for long exposure
INTVL Interval timer (time-lapse)
N Exposure count setting
Speaker on/off
a. 99:59':59" Shows the time to the next exposure (shutter closed, "TIMER ACTIVE" flashes)
b. 99:59':59" ("RELEASE" flashes) shows the time until the shutter closes (shutter open)
c. [ 399 ] Number of remaining exposures
d. "RELEASE" Flashes when the shutter is open
e. "SET" Flashes in settings mode
f. Speaker off (sound switched off)
g. Battery symbol (shows only when battery power is low)
h. (locked) Shows when the key lock is activated
i. "TIMER ACTIVE" Flashes all the time when the timer is activated
2. Inserting the battery
Insert a CR20132 battery.
Note: Remove the remote shutter release
connection cable from the camera before
inserting the battery.
1. Pry open the battery compartment using
a small tool as shown in the picture.
Wipe the battery terminals inside
the the battery compartment to remove
any oxide before inserting the battery.
2. Insert the battery according to
the markings in the battery compartment.
If the battery is upside down, the remote
shutter release will not work.
3. Close the battery compartment.

2.1 Battery check

• The battery can last for up to 3 years.
• The remote shutter release has no switch
to turn the display off. The display will
be on continuously, but uses very little
power.
• If the battery capacity is good, the battery
symbol will not be displayed.
