LCD Brightness

Here you can adjust the brightness of the display. Use
select the desired illumination level.

Here you can choose between the following languages: English,
Chinese, Spanish, German, French and Italian.

Troubleshooting

No image is displayed.
Images are shown on the LCD but no
pictures/videos can be recorded.
No USB connection possible
System is halted.

1) Check if the device is turned on.
2) Check if the battery is charged..
1) Check if the SD card is inserted properly.
If needed, turn the device off, remove the SD
card and put it back in.
2) Check if the SD card is full or damaged.
3) Check if the SD card is locked.
4) Check if the key are working. If they do not
work, please contact our customer support.
1) Check if the USB cable is connected. Unplug it
and plug it in again, if necessary.
2) Check the power supply / the battery.
3) Check if the display unit is turned on.
Turn the device off, reset it and restart it.
The reset button is located in the hole next to the
SD card slot.
