Possible causes
Flow meter, drain valve or pump failure, it should
be repaired by a qualified worker
Heating tube or thermistor anomaly, it should be
repaired by a qualified worker
Some component of the dishwasher leaks
Water or other material in the key area causes

after removing water/material, the problem (E9)

Solution
• Check the power supply
• Check whether water supply
is connected properly and
water is turned on
• Ensure door is closed
properly
• Check the drain hose
• Check and clean the coarse
filter
• Check whether the kitchen
sink is draining well or call a
service agent for help
• Do not wash these items in
dishwasher
• Always run a quick
programme after adding salt
• Check and tighten it
• Interrupt the program and
re-arrange the items
