1 Battery status indication and power indication
blue = unit is switched on, battery sufficiently charged
yellow = the battery must be recharged
green = the battery is fully charged
red = the battery is being charged

2 Safety Notes

The WAP-7D and the charger correspond to all required
directives of the EU and are therefore marked with
WARNING The plug-in charger is supplied with haz-
ardous mains voltage. Leave servicing of
the charger to skilled personnel only. Inex-
pert handling or modification of the charger
may cause an electric shock hazard.

The charger is suitable for indoor use only. The WAP-7D
and the accessories are also suitable for outdoors if they
are not exposed to precipitation and humidity.

In any case protect all parts against dripping water and
splash water, high air humidity, and heat (admissible
ambient temperature range 0 – 40 °C).

Do not set the charger into operation, and immediately
disconnect it from the mains socket if
1. there is visible damage to the WAP-7D or to the
charger,
2. a defect might have occurred after a drop or similar
accident,
3. malfunctions occur.
The units and the accessories must in any case be re-
paired by skilled personnel.

For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, never use chem-
icals or water.
