menu items.
u You can press the "Set" button repeatedly to cycle through the
following menu items: "Brightness", "Contrast", "Color", "CVBS
termination" and "Image size".
u While the selected menu item is being shown in the display,
you can decrease the set value with the "–" button and
increase it with the "+" button.
If several monitors are connected together in series, you must
activate the terminating resistor on the final monitor.

menu item.
u To activate the resistor, press the "+" button for "On"; to
deactivate it, press the "–" button for "Off".
u The monitor is equipped with a temperature-dependent bright-
ness control. This function reduces the monitor's power
dissipation during operation in the upper temperature range.
Activating a customer logo
Import your desired logo via the video input or VGA input. As your
logo you can choose an image from a running video or a still
image. Each time the monitor is switched on, the logo is displayed
for 15 sec.
u Press the "Menu" button for at least 3 sec. The "Customer
Logo" menu with the submenus "Capture Logo", "Erase Logo",
"Time out" and "Exit" appears on-screen for 15 sec.
To select a submenu, press the "Set" button; to activate it, press
the "Menu" button.
u Activate the "Capture Logo" menu item using the "+" button.
The image that will be stored then appears on-screen together
with the query: "Capture displayed area?" No(-), Yes(+).
u To save it, press the "+" Yes button. "Capturing" appears
on-screen until the picture has been stored in memory. After-
wards, the display will return to showing the currently playing
video.
Depending on the VGA resolution used, a section of the image will
be stored; when saving a CVBS picture, the whole picture will be
stored.
u If you do not want to save, press the "–" No button.
The "Capture Logo" menu is displayed again. If you want to
display the Bosch logo again, activate the "Erase Logo" menu item
with the "+" button. The following prompt appears on-screen:
"Reset to Bosch Logo?", No(-), Yes(+).
u To confirm, press the "+" Yes button. "Resetting to Bosch
Logo" then appears on-screen for 3 sec. Afterwards, the display
will return to showing the currently playing video. You can exit the
"Customer Logo" menu by waiting for the timeout to elapse (15
sec.) or by activating the "Exit" menu item.
