PROBLEM
The illuminated dials B and C do not light up when I switch
the machine on.
There is no sound when I switch the radio on.
The machine does not make coffee.
Water leaks out of the brew group whilst coffee is being
prepared.
Water leaks from inside the machine.
Acoustic alarm bleeps and illuminated dials B and C flash red.
When pressing the on/off button, illuminated dials B and C
are solid red and the acoustic alarm stays on continuously.
SOLUTION
Check your appliance is connected to the mains.
Check your domestic circuit breaker/fuses.
Check your appliance is connected to the mains.
Contact a manufacturer-approved service centre.
Fill the water tank with water.
Remove the capsule holder from the brew group.
Wait until the appliance is ready (illuminated dial C lights up
green).
Place an empty container underneath the brew group and
press on/off button A.
Let the water run into the container for a few seconds.
Press on/off button A.
Insert a new capsule into the respective holder.
Press the on/off button again.
Switch off the appliance, disconnect the mains plug and
contact a manufacturer-approved service centre.

Start the descaling program.
Switch off the appliance, disconnect the mains plug and
contact a manufacturer-approved service centre.
