Warranty

The 24-month warranty period commences on the day of
purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing faults, but not
the exchange or return of the product. The warranty is only
valid if you supply the following items to your retailer along
with the defective product:
1) a completed and correctly filled in warranty card,
2) a copy of the receipt of purchase,
3) a detailed description of the defect.
If your retailer cannot assist you with your complaint, contact
Joolz. Any repairs do not extend the warranty period.
The warranty card can be found on joolz.com.
Please complete this card and submit it digitally on the
website. Fill in the frame number, which is located on
a transparent sticker on the thick tube between the
boomerang part of the Joolz Day
2
.
The warranty is invalid if:
- the product is returned without the original receipt of
purchase,
- the defects and/or damage are caused by improper use
and/or by modifications made by the customer,
- the discolouration/stains were caused by washing,
rain or sun,
- the wear and tear is a result of normal usage,
- the defect is the result of using a non-Joolz Day
certified footboard.
Safety was an important consideration throughout the
development of the Joolz Day
therefor meets the highest safety standards:
