3 Lift the lid of water tank.
NOTE: Always use cold water to fill the water tank.
Never use warm or hot water to fill the water tank.
4 Fill the water tank with water. Make sure that the quantity filled in is within the marks
MIN and MAX inside the water tank.
5 Close the lid of the water tank. You will hear a click sound when closed properly.
6 Place a mug or coffee cup on the cup holder.
7 Align the milk spout to the cup.
8 Connect the device to a power outlet and press the button POWER.
9 The device will start pumping water for 3 seconds.
10 The POWER indicator will start to flash and the device will start to heat.
1 1 When the POWER indicator stops to flash the water has reached the appropriate
temperature for brewing hot beverages. The device is ready to start brewing.
12 Now use one of the programs COFFEE, MILK TEA or MILK FOAM to brew hot
water. Read and follow the additional steps described in the chapter PROGRAMS.
13 Pour the brewed water into the sink. Do not drink or use the water produced in the
cleaning cycle.
CAUTION: Make sure to leave the device to rest for 15 minutes after each
brewing to prevent it from overheating.
CAUTION: Do not use the device in continuous operation. The device is
not designed for continuous operation. The device becomes hot during
continuous operation. Auto cooling turns on and the device uses water
from the water tank to cool down. It releases the heat as steam from the
emergency steam opening on the front of the device. The drip plate and drip
tray are hot. Keep away from the device during auto cooling and do not
touch the device during this operation. Always allow the device 15 minutes to
cool down after each brewing process to prevent damage to the device.
14 Repeat steps 12-13, until the water tank is empty.
NOTE: The device will beep twice continuously to indicate that the water tank is empty.
15 Turn of the device and leave it to cool off completely before proceeding to the next
step.
16 Pour the brewed water into the sink. Do not drink or use the water produced in the
cleaning cycle.
Now your device is ready for use!
