Keep the device and its components out of reach of unauthorised persons.
CAUTION: Leave the device to cool off completely before taking off or
attaching components to it, before cleaning and before moving the device or
components of it to avoid severe burns from the hot surfaces and injuries by
hot liquids.
CAUTION: Be careful not to be burned by hot steam escaping the device.
Use handles or knobs of the device when you touch or move hot parts of the
device like the steam wand or the steel mesh.
CAUTION: Do not touch or remove the metal funnel while brewing coffee,
since the funnel is very hot. Always, make sure to grab it by the handle only.
Leave the funnel untouched for at least 12 seconds after having finished
brewing and use the filter retention clip to dispose of the grounds.
CAUTION: Do not use the device in continuous operation. The device is
not designed for continuous operation. The device becomes hot during
continuous operation. Auto cooling turns on and the device uses water
from the water tank to cool down. It releases the heat as steam from the
emergency steam opening on the front of the device. The drip plate and drip
tray are hot. Keep away from the device during auto cooling and do not
touch the device during this operation. Always allow the device 15 minutes to
cool down after each brewing process to prevent damage to the device.
CAUTION: Do not immerse the device or parts of the device in water or
other liquid to avoid shock damage to the device and harm to you.
