2.4.3 Unfolding
•
Make sure that your fingers won't get entrapped at the pivot point of the handles.
•
Always keep the swing range of the footrest in mind to prevent bystanders to be injured
or objects damaged.

Place the wheelchair with tip caps (17) and
front wheels (10) on the ground.
Grab armrests (2) and fold the wheelchair
open, as much as possible.

Unfold the backrest by pulling handles (1)
upwards until the frame tubes are locked in
place.
Check whether the backrest is firmly
secured.
CAUTION Risk of injuries

Pull the pelvic belt above the seat.
Push seat frame (18) at the left and right
side down till the seat is flat and the frame
is locked.
Check whether the seat is firmly secured.

Take one of the rear wheels (12) and lift the
wheelchair on one side.
Press and hold button (19) while sliding the
wheel axle in the hole of the frame.
Release the button to lock the wheel.
Repeat this for the other wheel.
Check whether both wheels are firmly
secured.
