Assembly
The water heater is only designed for upright installa-
tion.
Position VPA 300/200 on a firm base that can take the
weight, preferably on a concrete floor or foundation.
Use the product's adjustable feet to obtain a horizontal
and stable set-up.

The water heater is unscrewed from the pallet and lif-
ted into position, using the lifting eye at the top. The
water heater can be made less bulky by removing the
insulation. Slacken off all the screws along the joining
plate on both jacket halves, and lift off the top cover
as illustrated.
Loosen the screws along the joining plate on both

jacket halves.
Lift off the top cover.

Remove the insulated jacket halves.

VPA 450/300
Insert the enclosed insulation plug into the hole, after
the lifting eye (copper) or above the anode (enamel).
Finally, fit the enclosed cover disc for each connection,
by pressing them over the connections.
Carry out assembly in reverse order. If the screws are
difficult to fit in the old holes, the joining plate can be
VPA 450/300
turned upside down, which produces new holes in the
insulated jacket halves.
NOTE
Fit the cover discs before the pipe installation
is made.
