Action
- Connect the return hose to
the engine.
- Fill the tank with liquid.

Possible cause
- The floating device does not
operate.
- Loose contacts at:
- floating device
- pump
- The fuse has blown.
- Pump is out of order.
- Floating device gives no
contact.
- Over voltage
Overpressure in system caused
the temperature safety switch
to switch off pump.
- Pump is damaged.
- Pressure gauge is damaged.
- The pressure regulator is
dirty or damaged.
- The pressure regulator leaks.
- Resistance in pressure hose
because of a crack in the hose
between pressure gauge and
outside pressure connection.
- Resistance in the regulator.
- Regulator is damaged.
- Crack in the hose at regulator
inlet or outlet.

Solution
- Replace floating device with
a new one from Wynn's.
- Fasten them.
- Repair fuse.
- Replace pump with a new
one from Wynn's.
- Replace floating device with
a new one from Wynn's.
- Disconnect clamps of power
source and connect to a 12
volt source.
Switch off machine and wait
approx 30 min. Remove
obstruction in hose. Turn
pressure regulator completely
open. Start Machine again.
- Replace the pump.
- Replace the pressure gauge.
- Clean or replace.
- Dismantle it and replace
the seals.
- Open the machine and
replace the hose.
- Dismount it, check it and
eventually repair or replace it.
- Replace it.
- Replace the hose if
necessary.
