Essential piece of equipment designed to work in large office conditions, which
enables creasing, cutting and dye-cutting of different types of materials like
paper, plastic or materials covered with plastic. When cutting a window in the
front cover, to get the best result it is suggested that you make a test on the type
of material you wish to use.

HEALTH & PRECAUTIONS

• Before operating the machine please read the manufacturer health & precautions,
recommendations and operation manual.
• The operation manual should be easily available at any time for the operator.
• Equipment should be placed on a stable and strong surface.
• Protected against dust and moisture.
• Great care must be taken when using the cutting blades and ensure that no fingers are in the
cutting area when pulling down the handle.
• Equipment should be kept away from unauthorized people and children.
• Must not be used for any other purposes other than those indicated in the operating manual.
• Pressure on the handle must not exceed 20 kg. Exceeding this can invalidate the guarantee
and cause damage to the equipment.
• It is necessary supervise and check if the equipment is being operated correctly.
• Equipment should be operated in accordance with the general health & safety rules.
• In case of any malfunctions please check that the equipment is being used correctly if so
contact your dealer or nearest service point.
• Any repairs must be conducted by authorized staff only.
• Due to the weight of the press plate bar (2) the handle could fall down if not fully opened,
all activities, including changing of tools, setting the correct position of documents must be
done with the handle (3) in the fully open position.
4 PREPARATION TO WORK
• The equipment is ready for use there is only transport packaging to remove.
• We suggest to store the packing case for future transportation.
• The equipment should be placed on a stable flat and strong surface.
• Rubber feet protect the surface from damage and do not leave marks.
• Supplied with the equipment is:
- Creasing unit.
- 3 mm Allen key
- Magnetic guide bar

CREASING
Fit the creasing unit assembly on the press
bar plate (2) in the locating slots, you will
hear a click then push down on the 2 thumb
tab handles to open (see diagram).
Using front or back guides set the position
for the crease. Using the thumb screws stops
or the magnetic stop. Put the material under
the press plate bar plate and pull the handle
down carefullyto get the correct
indentation/crease line on the material.
