Dieser Artikel ist ein Modellbauartikel für anspruchsvolle Modellbauer und Sammler. Aufgrund
maßstabs- und vorbildgetreuer bzw. funktionsbedingter Gestaltung sind Spitzen, Kanten und fi ligrane
Kleinteile enthalten. Für den Zusammenbau sind Werkzeuge wie ein scharfes Bastelmesser, eine
scharfe Schere und spezieller Kleber nötig. Die fachgerechte Weiterverarbeitung dieses Modellbau-
produktes birgt daher ein Verletzungsrisiko! Das Produkt gehört aus diesem Grund nicht in die Hände
von Kindern! Nach Fertigstellung ist dieser Artikel zum Einbau (Fixierung z.B. durch Klebstoff) in eine
Modellbahnanlage, als Schaustück usw. oder als hochwertiger Dekorationsartikel vorgesehen.
Kein Spielzeug. Nicht für den Einbau von elektrischer Innenbeleuchtung vorgesehen!
Diesen Bausatz sowie Zubehör/Werkzeuge (Klebstoffe, Farben, Messer, usw.) unbedingt außer
Reichweite von Kindern halten! Nur die diesem Bausatz beiliegenden Teile und empfohlenes Zubehör
verwenden. Hände und Werkzeug nach dem Basteln säubern.
Bei der Verwendung von Farben und Klebstoffen unbedingt beachten: Nicht essen, trinken oder
rauchen. Farben und Klebstoffe nicht mit Augen, Haut oder Mund in Berührung bringen. Dämpfe nicht
einatmen. Von Zündquellen fernhalten. Die Anleitung und Hinweise der Hersteller genau beachten.
Erste Hilfe bei Augenkontakt: Auge unter fl ießendem Wasser ausspülen und dabei offen halten. Um-
gehend ärztliche Hilfe aufsuchen.

Zusammenbau
Benutzen Sie die beigefügte Stückliste, um die Bauteile zu identifi zieren und schneiden Sie die Teile
an den Rahmenaufhängungen aus. Bauteile mit Knicklinien bitte nur vorsichtig knicken (evtl. um die
Tischkante knicken).
Zu formende Bauteile sollten zur besseren Verarbeitbarkeit vor dem Befestigen am Modell vorgebo-
gen bzw. gefalzt werden. Dazu können die Teile einzeln über die Tischkante oder einen runden Blei-
stift gebogen werden. Teile die gefalzt werden müssen, sind an der Falzkante leicht angeschnitten.
Verwenden Sie für diesen Architektur-Bausatz bitte handelsüblichen Weißleim (wir empfehlen
Qualitätsleim ohne Füllmittel, z.B. Bindan). Es hat sich bewährt, den Klebstoff mit einem Zahnstocher
aufzutragen. Verkleben Sie die Teile nicht fl ächig, sondern nur punktuell. Leim sparsam verwenden!
Die Fenster müssen aus der beiliegenden Folie ausgeschnitten und vor dem Zusammenbau des
Gebäudes etagenweise auf die entsprechenden Bauteile innen aufgeklebt werden. Für die Fenster
der Dachgauben liegt eine Schneideschablone bei. Um die Verklebungen der Fenster noch stabiler
zu gestalten, können die Fenster-Folien im Bereich der Klebung leicht angeschliffen werden. Auf den
Einbau der Fensterfl ächen wird im Weiteren nicht mehr eingegangen.
Für den Aufbau ist unbedingt die Reihenfolge der Arbeitsschritte einzuhalten. Der Bausatz ist nur für
erfahrene Modellbauer geeignet. Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den Materialien werden vorausgesetzt.
Farbliche Gestaltung
Dieser Architektur-Bausatz kann mit allen handelsüblichen Modellbau-Farben lackiert oder patiniert
werden. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Farben nicht zu „nass" aufgetragen werden und nach dem
Auftragen gut trocknen können.

Please read before building this model!
This product is a construction kit for experienced model builders and collectors. This model has
points, edges, and delicate details due to the scale, prototypical, and/or functional elements of the
design. Tools such as a sharp modeler's knife, a sharp pair of scissors, and special cement are neces-
sary for building this kit. Working with this model kit in a professional manner therefore involves the
risk of injury! For this reason this product does not belong in the hands of children! After you have
completed this kit, it is designed for installation (fi xing in place with glue or cement) on a model rail-
road layout, as a display piece, or as a high quality decorative object.
Not a toy. Not designed for installation of electric interior lighting!
Keep this kit as well as accessories/tools (glues, cements, paints, knife, etc.) out of the reach of child-
ren! Only use the parts included in this kit and recommended accessories. Clean your hands and tools
after you are fi nished building this kit.
It is mandatory that you pay attention to the following when using paints and glues/cements: Do not
eat, drink, or smoke. Do not allow paints and glues/cements to come in contact with your eyes, skin,
or mouth. Do not inhale fumes from paints or glues/cements. Keep sources of sparks or fi re away
from the kit when assembling it with glues/cements or when painting it. Read and follow carefully the
instructions and notes from the manufacturer of the kit.
First aid in case of contact with your eyes: Rinse the eye with running water and keep the eye open du-
ring the process. Immediately go to an emergency care facility or the emergency room in your hospital.
Keep this information in a safe, accessible place.
Assembly
Use the parts list included with the kit to identify the components, and cut out the parts at the frame
attachments. Use care in bending components with bend lines (if necessary, bend the part over the
edge of a table).
Components that have to be formed are best formed or folded and creased before attaching them to
the model. To do this, you can curve the parts individually over the edge of a table or around a smooth,
round pencil. Parts that have to be folded and creased should be lightly scored on the edge to be
folded and creased.
Use a white glue available in model or hobby shops for this architectural quality building kit (we
recommend a good quality glue without fi ller material). The best way to apply the glue is with a tooth-
pick. Do not apply glue to an entire surface; apply it in dots. Use the glue sparingly!
The windows must be cut out of the clear plastic sheet included with the kit. Before assembling the
kit, cement the windows fl oor by fl oor to the inner surface of the appropriate components. A pattern
is included for cutting out the windows for the dormers. The window material can be lightly sanded
in the area to be cemented so that the windows adhere better to the various components. This is the
most important information you need for installing the windows.
You must follow the order of the work steps to build this kit successfully. This kit is only suitable for expe-
rienced model builders. You must have a basic knowledge of how to work with the materials in the kit.
Painting the Kit
This architectural quality building kit can be painted or weathered with all of the modeling paints
available in hobby and model shops. Make sure that the paint is not applied too "wet" and that it can
dry well after being applied to the kit.
