Inserting/Replacing the
Batteries
Loosen the screw of the battery compart-
ment cover on the back side of the case
and open the battery compartment.
Insert the battery.
The battery must be changed when the op-
erating indicator 3 does not light when
pressing a button on the remote control.
Putting into Operation
As long as a battery with adequate voltage
is inserted, the remote control remains op-
erational.
Position the construction laser so that the
signal of the remote control falls directly on
a receiving area of the construction laser
(see the operating instructions of the con-
struction laser). If the remote control cannot
be aimed directly at one of the receiving ar-
eas, the range is reduced.
Independent of the placement, the range
can be reduced by unfavourable conditions
(e.g., moisture, dust) irrespective of wheth-
er working in interior or exterior areas.
