3. Press the dislocking zone (Fig 1) and turn the main unit
with holder backwards (Fig4).
4. Insert the beater or dough hooks. It may be necessary to
turn the beaters or dough hooks a little while doing so.

NOTE: It is important that you insert the dough hooks with
the bigger ring into the bigger hole.
5. Turn the main unit back into a horizontal position (Fig 6).
6. Switch on and choose the desired speed.
AFTER USE
1. Switch the mixer off.
2. Press the dislocking zone (Fig 1) and turn the main unit
with holder backward. (Fig 4)
3. Remove the bowl, press the ejector knob down, the beat-
ers and dough hooks will eject automatically.
CAUTION
1. After 5 minutes continuous use, allow a few minutes' rest
before next use.
2. Do not operate more than 5 minutes at one time. Highest
speed of beaters /hooks is: 800rpm
3. The mixer is factory lubricated and required no further
lubrication.
4. Other than cleaning, no additional maintenance or
servicing of this appliance is required. Repairs, when
necessary must be preformed at an authorized electrical
service station.
5. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard.
6. Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or
approaching parts which move in use.
7. Turbo button allows you instant access to the full power
of your appliance.

MIXING GUIDE
This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such as flour, butter and potatoes.
Best speeds to start liquid ingredients for mixing salad dressings.
For mixing cakes and quick breads.

CLEAN
1. Remove the main plug from the wall socket, clean the
body of the mixer, stand and bowl with a damp cloth. To
remove stubborn spots, wipe surfaces with a cloth mois-
tened with sudsy water or a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
Continue with a clean damp cloth the dry thoroughly.
2. Beaters and dough hooks can be washed in hot sudsy
water, rinsed and dried.
3. Never immerse or rinse the body of the mixer in water or
other liquid.
