7762 / H335 (SUPPORT BARS)
Introduction
The support bar is shown in the minimum, basic version without a supporting foot
(Figure A).
Defining the installation height
With the user standing upright, without shoes, measure the height of the thumb's
upper joint. This height corresponds to the support bar's highest point (Fig. A1).
Installation
• Inserting the 2° wedge (Fig. A6).
• Mark out the location of the holes on the wall (2 above and 2 below outside)
taking into account the previously measured height; position the socket for the
support bar accordingly (Fig. A5).
• Drill and insert 4 plugs appropriate for the type of wall. Screw (Fig. A3).
• Snap the cowl onto the socket (Fig. A2).
• Insert the wedge from below (Fig. A4).
Adjusting the height
The support bar is supplied with a 2° wedge (Figs. A4 and A6). To adjust the height
of the support bar, use option 7768 (3 wedges of 0°, 2° and 4° resp.). Proceed as
follows:
• Remove the 2° wedge.
• To lower by 1cm, insert the 0° wedge.
• To raise by 1cm, insert the 4° wedge.
Moving the support bar
To raise: lift the support bar from the horizontal position to its maximum vertical
position. It locks automatically in this position.
To lower: lift the support bar approx. 1cm to unlock it and hold it as it drops down to
the horizontal position.
7763 (CONSOLE)
Introduction
This option, when sealed to the floor, enables a support bar (7762, 7770, 7772 or
7773) to be fastened in place when the wall is unsuitable for this.
Installation
• Position the socket (Fig. B3). The plate resting on the floor must have its longest
side under the support bar (Fig. B6).
• Prick out the location of the 4 screws. Drill and insert 4 plugs appropriate to the
type of wall. Screw (Fig. B5).
• Position the plate – with the rounded section towards the bottom (Fig. B2) and
the support bar (Fig. B7). Fasten the plate and the bar with the two clamps (Fig.
B1), washers and nuts supplied but without tightening them (to allow for
subsequent adjustment).
• With the user standing upright, without shoes, measure the height of the upper
joint of the user's thumb. Tighten the nuts (Fig. B4) on the two clamps (Fig. B1).
• Check that the whole assembly is firm.

The basic 7762 / H335 version can be fitted with the following options:
• A retention foot (7764 / H335) increasing the support bar's load capacity (Fig. C).
