INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Notes
• When using the unit for the first time, you might notice a distinct
odour: this is common and will disappear by the next use.
• Each time you use the appliance, you may see some steam. Do not be
concerned, this could be because of evaporation of the natural oils of
the hair, residual hair products (leave-in hair products, hairspray, etc.)
or excess moisture evaporating from your hair.
• A heat-protection spray can be used to provide optimal protection of
the hair.
• The ioniser within the device gives off ions which have an anti-static
effect, leaving your hair nice and soft with a shine. Nb: It is quite normal
to hear a slight noise, similar to a crackle: this is the characteristic
noise of the ion generator.
• Plug in the appliance and switch it on by pressing I/0 button (2).
• Select the mode that suits you the best : automatic mode or manual
mode
1. Automatic mode
- The appliance selects automatically the perfect setting for the
desired result : tight curls, large curls and waves.
- Briefly press the I/0 button (2) for tight curls. Press it twice for large
curls. Press it a third time for waves. Press it a fourth time and the
appliance will return to the tight curl setting.
- The indicator light of the selected automatic setting (+
temperature) blinks on the LCD screen and stops blinking when
the appliance is ready for use.
2. Manual mode
- The appliance also offers custom use.
- Press the button of the temperature selection (3) to select
the temperature according to your hair type
