5.5 Commissioning and operation

For pressure compensation, open the vent valve for a short time and
then close it again directly, see chapter 2.3.
The vent valve remains closed during operation.
Only through a brief venting of the case before each
pressure measurement can the pressure be read correctly.
5.7 Autoclaving
Ensure that, before the start of the autoclaving process, the vent

valve has been closed.
Carry out the autoclaving process. For performance limits see

chapter 9 "Specifications".
Allow the instrument to cool to ambient temperature.

By briefly opening the vent valve, the pressure difference between
„
the atmosphere and the sealed case will be eliminated.
