8 Putting out of operation

7.10 Defining the monitoring limits
The control allows monitoring limits to be set for the following welding parameters. When the monitored
values are exceeded, a warning or an alarm are output.
Warnings are shown on the display.
Alarms are shown on the display and also immediately interrupt the welding process.
• Main current
• Arc voltage
• Gas flow rate
• Anchor current motor 1
• Anchor current motor 2
• Coolant flow
• Wire feeder speed speedometer
• Coolant temperature

1 Keep the <Selector switch> (6) depressed for at least 5 seconds.
2 Select parameter 801 by turning the <Selector switch> (6).
3 Select a parameter to be monitored by pressing <Softkey 1> (12).
4 Define the limits by pressing and turning the <Selector switch> (6).
5 Repeat steps 3 and 4 until all desired limits have been set.
8 Putting out of operation
NOTICE
• Please make sure that the shutdown procedures for all components mounted in the welding system are
1 Switch off the iROB Pulse robot welding power source.
2 Disconnect the plug on the cable from the connector on the front panel of the housing of the robot
welding power source.
