transmitter
Battery compartment: Houses the 4 'AA' batteries that power the
transmitter.
power Switch: Turns the transmitter on and off. L.E.D.s show the power
status of the batteries.
channel Reversing Switches: Allows you to change the direction the
steering servo and the throttle operate by moving the switches.
Steering dual Rate control Knob: This knob adjusts the overall travel of
the steering servo. Turn the knob clockwise to the '10' position for maximum
steering (125%). Turn the knob anticlockwise to the '0' position to reduce
steering travel to its minimum (20%).
Steering wheel: Controls your car's steering. Turn the wheel to the right
and your car turns right. Turn the wheel to the left and your car turns left.
throttle / Brake trigger: Controls the speed and braking ability of your
car. Pull the trigger to accelerate, release the trigger to decelerate, and
push the trigger to brake. Pushing the trigger a second time activates your
car's reverse feature.
trim Knobs: These knobs, one for steering and one for throttle, allow you
to fine tune the servo's centre and the throttle's neutral point.
Buggy
aerial mount: The aerial mount holds the aerial support tube to the chassis.
Battery: The Ripmax 1/18th 4WD Electric Off Road Buggy and Monster
Truck include a 6 cell 7.2V 1300mAH Ni-MH battery. This battery provides
ample power and long run-times.
Battery cover: The battery cover holds the 6 cell battery securely to the
chassis.
Body mount: Made of high-impact plastic for strength, the body mounts
support the body.
Bumper: Made of high-impact plastic, the bumper protects the chassis
from most head-on and rear-end impacts. There is a bumper on both the
front and the rear of each vehicle for greater protection.
digital motor contoller (ESc) and Receiver: Ripmax 1/18th 4WD Electric
Off Road vehicles include a Digital Motor Controller that is matched to the
included motor and battery. The Digital Motor Controller features automatic
setup, with forward, brake and reverse functions. Combined in one unit, the
2.4GHz Receiver receives signals from the transmitter and processes those
signals into commands that are sent out to the ESC and the steering servo.
Electric motor: Ripmax 1/18th 4WD Electric Off Road vehicles include a
powerful, high-speed 380-size electric motor for awesome speed and power.
power Switch: Turns the Receiver/ESC on and off.
Shock absorber: Each shock is oil-filled and uses a spring that is well
suited for most off-road conditions. The shocks come ready-filled with oil
and fitted with standard weight springs.
Steering Servo: This 9g unit controls the car's steering.
Shock tower: Secures the shock absorbers to the chassis. The shock
towers are made from high-impact plastic for greater strength.
Steering tie-Rod: The tie-rod connects the steering linkage and the
castor block.
Suspension arm: These help improve the Ripmax 1/18th 4WD Electric
Off Road car's handling (when coupled to shock absorbers) and braking
while ensuring maximum traction (keeping the wheels in contact with the
ground) and to protect the chassis components from undue stress and strain.
wheel/tyre assembly: Both Ripmax 1/18th 4WD Electric Off Road vehicle
features large wheels and tyres. The tyres are moulded rubber with a tread
pattern that is good for most off-road applications. The wheels are moulded
in one piece from lightweight, high-impact plastic for strength.

Batteriefach: In diesem Gehäuse ist Platz für 4 AA Alkaline Batterien

dual Rate lenkungsknopf: Dieser Knopf stellt den gesamten Weg des
Lenkservo ein. Drehen Sie den Knopf im Uhrzeigersinn auf Position
'10' für maximale Lenkung (125%). Drehen Sie den Knopf gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn auf die '0' Position um den Lenkweg auf das Minimum zu
verringern (20%).
lenkrad: Kontrolliert die Lenkung Ihres Modells. Drehen Sie das Rad nach
rechts, und Ihr Modell fährt nach rechts. Drehen Sie das Rad nach links,
dann fährt das Modell nach links.
gas/Brems hebel: Kontrolliert die Geschwindigkeit und bremst Ihr Modell.
Ziehen Sie den Hebel, um zu beschleunigen, lassen Sie den Hebel los, um
zu verlangsamen, und drücken Sie den Hebel nach vorne um zu bremsen.
Drücken Sie den Hebel ein zweites Mal nach vorne aktivieren Sie den
Rückwärtsgang.
trimm Knöpfe: Diese Knöpfe, einer für das Gas und einer für die Bremse,
sind zur Feinabstimmung der Neutralstellung der einzelnen Kanäle.
antennenhalter: Der Antennenhalter sichert das Antennenrohr auf dem
Chassis.
akku: Der Ripmax 1/18th 4WD Electric Off Road Buggy und Monster Truck
beinhalten einen 6 zelligen, 7.2 Volt 1300mAH NiMH Akku. Dieser Akku
liefert genug Kraft und Leistung für lange Fahrzeiten.
akkuträger: Der Akkuträger fixiert den 6 zelligen Akku sicher im Chassis.
Karosserieträger: Produziert aus hochfestem Kunststoff, diese halten die
Karosserie vorne und hinten.
Rammer: Hergestellt aus hochfestem Kunststoff, und schützen das Chassis
vor den meisten Crashs, vorne und hinten. Es gibt einen Rammer für vorne
und hinten an jedem Modell
Elektronischer fahrtenregler (ESc) und Empfänger: Die Ripmax 1/18th
4WD Electric Off Road Modelle werden mit einem digitalen Fahrtenregler
geliefert, der genau zum Motor und Akku passt. Die Merkmale des Reglers
sind: Automatisches Set-Up, Vorwärts, Bremse und Rückwärts. Kombiniert
in einem Gerät, der 2.4GHz Empfänger empfängt Signale vom Sender und
verarbeitet diese Signale in Befehle , die zum Regler und dem Lenkservo
gesendet werden.
Elektro motor: Die Ripmax 1/18th 4WD Electric Off Road Modelle
beinhalten einem kraftvollen, High-speed, 380er Elektro Motor. Dieser liefert
fantastische Beschleunigung und Kraft.
on/off Schalter: Schaltet den Empfänger und Regler an und aus.
Stoßdämpfer: Jeder Stoßdämpfer ist mit Öl befüllt, und hat eine Feder
die zu den meisten Off- Road Bedingungen passt. Die Dämpfer sind mit
Standard Federn bestückt.
lenk-Servo: Dieses 9g Servo steuert die Lenkung des Modells.
Stoßdämpferdome: An diesen sind die Stoßdämpfer befestigt. Die Dome
sind aus hochfestem Kunststoff hergestellt.
lenkgestänge: Das Lenkgestänge verbindet die Radnaben mit der
Lenkung.
achsschenkel: Die Achsschenkel sind die Hauptkomponenten, die die
Räder mit dem Chassis verbinden. Diese halten zusammen mit den
Stoßdämpfern den Fahrbahnkontakt und absorbieren die Unebenheiten
des Geländes.
Rad/Reifen: Beide Ripmax 1/18th 4WD Electric Off Road Modelle
beinhalten große genoppte Hohlkammerräder, die für die meisten Off-Road
Einsätze bestens geeignet sind. Die Felgen sind einteilig, sehr leicht, und
aus "High-Impact" Kunststoff hergestellt.
