Ripmax guarantees this kit to be free from defects in both material and workmanship, at the date of purchase. This does not cover any component parts damaged by use, misuse
or modification. in no case shall Ripmax's liability exceed the original cost of the purchased kit.
In that Ripmax has no control over the final assembly or material used for final assembly, no liability shall be assumed for any damage resulting from the use by the user of the
final user-assembled product. By the act of using the final user-assembled product, the user accepts all resulting liability.
Your Ripmax 1/18th 4WD Electric Off Road vehicle is warranted against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase.
Warranty service will be provided within one (1) year of the date of purchase only if you are able to provide the original or a copy of the original dated sales receipt. This does
not affect your statutory rights.
