Attaching the accessories
First of all attach the fresh-water tank to the
cleaning head and then push the handle at
the end of the hose onto the cleaning head
as well. Ensure that it is connected the right
way round.
Insert the other end of the hose into the
washer and secure with the threaded
coupling.
Attach the shoulder strap by inserting the
studs into the holes provided for this purpose
in the washer case.
Preparing the unit for use
The re-usable plastic bottle supplied with the
washer contains ready-to-use detergent
solution RM 501 for cleaning glass surfaces.
The contents of the bottle are sufficient to fill
the fresh-water tank twice.
Remove the cap on the fresh-water tank and
insert the tip of the plastic bottle into the
opening.
Fill the fresh-water tank and then replace the
cap.
Re-usable bottle containing Window Cleaner
RM 501 – see table with list of cleaning
agents for appropriate order number.
Concentrated Window Cleaner Profi RM 500
– see table with list of cleaning agents for
order number.
How to use the Profi RM 500 concentrate
Fill the cap with Profi RM 500 concentrate
and pour the contents into the re-usable
plastic bottle. Top up with water to produce
the correct detergent solution.

Filling the water tank with detergent
!
In order to avoid damage to equip-
ment and injury to persons, never use
detergents that contain alcohol or generate
large amounts of foam. Use only Profi RM
500 / RM 501. Use of other detergents (RM)
may reduce the service life of your
Window Washer.
Do not disconnect the hose handle
from the cleaning head, nor the other end
of the hose from the washer, if there is any
water in the fresh-water tank, otherwise the
water will leak out.
