9.10.11. Programme A-10: Chicken
This programme uses both microwave and grill modes. Use a heatproof and micro-
wave-suitable dish.
DANGER!
Risk of fire!
There is a risk of fire due to the use of flammable materials.
 Do not use any covers as the device operates in grill
mode in this programme.
 Place the chicken onto a plate that is suitable for grill mode. Season the chicken
as required. Place the plate in the middle of the rotary plate.
 Select from the settings 750g, 1000g or 1250g according to the weight of the
chicken.
 Start the programme for chicken.
 The chicken should be turned over to enable even cooking. After around 2/3 of
the cooking time a beep reminds you to do this. Turn the chicken over and press
the button to continue the cooking programme.
If the chicken is not thoroughly cooked or brown enough, start another cooking
process in the combi mode C-4 microwave + grill + convection air (as described
from page 70).
