Safety switch off feature became active:
The controller has detected an over temperature and has
switched off the kiln via the safety contactor (20°C
overshoot of T2). Check and repair the cause carefully
before continue using the kiln again to avoid further
damage!
The kiln doesn´t follow the required temperature
increase:
This error message points clearly to a kiln problem.
Possible cause:
• broken fuse, power phase or relay failed
• the door contact is open
• a heating element is broken
• the heating elements are obsolete (esp. with high
firing temperatures)
• short circuit in the thermocouple
Firing interrupted due to power breakdown
The kiln temperature has fallen only slightly during the
power breakdown, the firing process was continued by
the PYROTEC PY1. (Message appears only for 1
minute)
Firing process canceled after power breakdown:
The kiln temperature has dropped more than 50°C during
the power breakdown the firing process was aborted by
the PYROTEC PY1 because the quality of the load is not
ensured.
Firing process terminated
Firing process terminated for safety reasons due to high
ambient temperature.
