Also note the maximum temperature of the PYROTEC
kiln. Due to the performance limits of luminous flux,
certain kiln models
temperature that can be set on the controller. Never try
to operate the kiln outside the specified maximum limits.
The integrated microprocessor of the PYROTEC PY1
constantly checks the firing process. As soon as a fault
occurs, an error message appears on the display.
Following is a description of all possible error messages:
Thermocouple or thermocouple circuit defect
Possible cause:
 Thermocouple broken
 Supply cable to the thermocouple
defect
 Contact problem of the connecting plug
The error message „ E A1" can be narrowed down by
pressing the confirmation button (10).
